New four-storey building in pilotis, with planted roof and basement

Damalos Engineering undertook the preparation and the supervision of the E/M studies for the construction of the new residential building in Halandri, in collaboration with the architectural firm Blackbox Architectonics, which prepared the architectural study.

The studies carried out for the above building are as follows:

  • Cooling calculation study
  • Electrical study
  • Active fire protection study
  • Design of lifting systems, e.g. lift
  • Energy efficiency study
